Our website has a refreshed design that makes it easier to explore our apps, find updates, and get support. September also marks the release of Saphire Studio, bringing Saphire Pro, Saphire Mini, and Saphire macOS together in one complete productivity bundle.
August brings a big wave of improvements to the DevWave website. HomeSite 26.8 is our most substantial site update yet — touching the WaveStore, every app detail page, and the News section all in one go. The WaveStore now opens with two distinct carousel sections. Featured Apps highlights PodScout and PhotosOne as full, clickable app cards with rich banner imagery and smooth auto-rotation. Directly below it, a brand-new Happening Now carousel spotlights the latest releases — Lysti 2.5, PhotosOne 1.6, and PodScout 1.0.1 — so you always know what just shipped. Every app detail page has been upgraded with a full-width banner image at the top, giving each app a distinct visual identity the moment you land. Lysti carries its signature cyan wave, PhotosOne its bold orange gradient, PodScout its deep purple microphone artwork, and the three Saphire apps share a unified navy treatment that ties the suite together. App pages for Lysti, PhotosOne, and PodScout also gained inline Happening Now cards that surface the latest update for that specific app right on its own page. On the News page, Upcoming Events now lists the Saphire Studio launch, confirmed for September 2026. Under the hood we rewrote the carousel scroll engine. The previous approach calculated pixel offsets that could silently misfire in snap-scroll containers — the new implementation uses live bounding-rect measurements so button navigation and auto-rotation are both reliable across all screen sizes. HomeSite 26.8 is live now.
We've given search on our website a big upgrade. Whether you're on your phone or your computer, finding an app, guide, or article is now easier and feels a whole lot smoother.
Today we're launching PodScout — a brand new podcast app built around one idea: helping you find podcasts you actually want to hear. PodScout brings personalized discovery, a clean library, and flexible playback together in a calm, focused design. Whether you're a longtime podcast listener or just getting started, PodScout makes it effortless to explore what's out there, follow your favorites, and listen on your terms. PodScout 1.0 is available now on the App Store.
Since its launch, Lysti has helped thousands of users stay organized with a clean, thoughtful interface built around lists and notes. It's been a product we're proud of — and one that's taught us a lot about how people interact with software on a daily basis. But as we've listened carefully to how people actually use Lysti, something has become clear: there's a deeper, more meaningful direction we want to take it. Today, we're announcing our intention to evolve Lysti into something new. The next version of Lysti will move beyond productivity — not because productivity doesn't matter, but because we believe Lysti can connect with people on a more personal level. This isn't a minor update or a feature refresh. It's a genuine pivot in purpose and identity. We're not ready to reveal the full picture just yet. What we can say is that the experience we're building thinks about the user differently — what they care about, how their days actually unfold, and what it means to have an app that genuinely fits your life rather than asking you to fit into it. The Lysti you know today will continue to function as expected while we build what's next. As we get closer, we'll be sharing more — including early previews for users who want to be part of this next chapter. This is one of the most exciting directions we've taken as a company. We can't wait to show you where it's going.
