Photos & Media

Photo Library Access: PhotosOne may request permission to access your photo library to display and organize your photos within the app.
Albums: Any albums you create within PhotosOne are stored locally on your device.

Camera Access

PhotosOne may request permission to use your device's camera to allow you to capture new photos directly within the app.
Photos taken in-app are saved directly to your photo library.

Support Contact

If you choose to contact support through the app or via devwavesolutionsinc.com, your email and any information you provide will be used solely for responding to your request.

How We Use Your Information

To provide core app functionality, such as displaying your photo library, creating albums, and capturing photos.
To maintain app performance and stability.
To respond to support requests, if you contact us.

We do not collect, store, or share your photos or personal data on external servers. All content remains on your device unless you choose to share it.

Data Storage & Security

All photos, albums, and app data are stored locally on your device.
PhotosOne does not upload your photos to any external servers.
iCloud support (coming soon) will be entirely managed through Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

PhotosOne may share data only in the following limited situations:

With your consent: For example, if you choose to share a photo from the app using iOS Share Sheet.
To comply with law: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Third-Party Services

PhotosOne currently does not integrate with any third-party analytics or advertising services.

If future updates include optional integrations (e.g., iCloud sync), they will use Apple's secure APIs and will not share your content with outside parties.

Children's Privacy

PhotosOne does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has submitted personal information, please contact us, and we will promptly delete it.
